Goal-Fat loss; Dropped 14kg in 6 months
My personal goal was to look at a longer term solution to training. I had almost no muscle definition and had put on a lot of weight that made me feel uncomfortable and not myself. My plan was designed around building muscle and losing the fat, with the aim of not looking at a quick fix but a longer term vision to transform my body over time, but also retrain my mind and approach to training and nutrition.
I now feel great and it’s all thanks to The Cut. If you want to be fitter, healthier and feel at your best, I would highly recommend. No matter who you are, where you start from, the trainers are supportive (not intimidating), focused on you as an individual, and set achievable, realistic and manageable goals. Give it a go.
