After leaving her health in the hands of others, Hollie wanted to take more responsibility and maintain her own health as much as possible.
Now a personal trainer and health advisor, she is in a position to help others to understand and get in touch with their wellbeing, which she believes is the first step towards becoming, and staying, healthy.
“In my experience, being healthy is more than just a physical thing. Lifestyle and emotional patterns are tough to change but staying active and working on myself, as a whole being, is really important. My goal is to help others do the same.”
