Michael’s Story

Length of Transformation: 12 weeks

I took up personal training to try and turn back the clock. I had become less physically active in my career and it was taking its toll. I needed accountability more than anything. I knew how to train and I knew what’s right and wrong nutritionally, I just couldn’t apply it.
Having not lifted weights for longer than I care to admit, the first few weeks were a case of easing into the programme (not to say it was easy). I highly recommend getting in contact with The Cut Gym if you are serious about training.
