How often do I train?
At The Cut, we offer packages of sessions. The more you train, the quicker you’ll see results – but if your schedule is busy you can train as often or as little as you want.
What does the Nutrition Coaching involve?
Nutrition plans will be updated in accordance with your progress. Depending on your starting point and goals will determine the plan. You will be asked to do weekly or fortnightly “check ins” with your trainer.
