Richard has been through a transformation himself. Previously working within the corporate sector and achieving success in his profession, Richard had experienced low levels of job satisfaction and that motivated him to find a new role.
Having a raw passion for health and fitness, Richard knew that the reward from helping people discover healthier and happier lifestyles would be much more satisfying.
Now as a successful trainer and coach, Richard has developed unique coaching skills which can be applied to all clients. His approach to training is primarily strength based, yet Richard will adapt his training methods to suit appropriate objectives depending on your needs.
