Having tried a number of similar PT-only offerings in the City of London over several years, the Cut is head and shoulders above the rest. From the excellent facilities with the latest equipment to the knowledgable, approachable and skilled trainers who actually program to your individual goals, I would recommend to anyone who is seeking real results adaptable to your lifestyle. From a cost perspective I think you would struggle to find better value vs its peers - especially with their trial. A really top tier offering and 5 out of 5 stars.

I have been training with Steve Wise at The Cut since 2021, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The atmosphere is vibrant, motivating, and perfectly suited for getting the most out of every session. It's a place that will make you look forward to your workouts. Steve is a great personal trainer. He knows exactly how to push you to your limits without going too far, striking the perfect balance of intensity. Steve is your guy if you're looking for a PT who can tailor workouts to your needs and help you achieve your goals.

The Cut is a fantastic gym, well equipped, clean and centrally located, but what makes this gym exceptional is the quality of the PTs. I have been training with Rob for a few months and it’s the best coaching I have had. The whole team are friendly and knowledgeable and I genuinely look forward to my sessions. 5 stars!

Really good gym with great trainers! I have recently started and completed an initial training package. Since then I have signed up long term to carry on training, but why... From my initial consultation my trainer Joe wanted to know what I want to get out of the training sessions and has tailored our sessions accordingly. Since joining, sure I have lost weight, but I have also been surprised about how quickly weights I am lifting have consistently increased. Joe always checks with me if I can do more but he can just tell by looking at how the last set went. I look forward to many more months continuing to lose weight and build strength.

The Cut is an absolute gem of a gym. They have highly knowledgeable trainers that are dedicated to helping you reach your goals safely. All the trainers are warm and friendly and I was always greeted with a smile. I trained with Sean for approximately 9 weeks and he went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable yet insightful experience. He is wonderfully skilled and will push you to do your best. The gym is kitted out with the most up to date equipment and is never fully busy so it was comfortable to train. I was able to lose 7kg and have been feeling stronger and fitter. I was left with a great guide to help me train on my own. My only regret is not being able to see the gym now that it has been renovated. I’m sure it’s going to be an even more excellent place to train. You will not regret the experience!

You wont regret joining The Cut. I have tried out a few personal training gyms in London and to be very honest nothing compares to The Cut. All of the staff are very knowledgeable and excellent at what they do but, more than that, they will push you to do better while still maintaining a friendly environment. I keep coming back to them, so they must be doing something right!
