For success, we will work collaboratively with you to map out your personal training journey, so you are clear on what is needed from you on a daily and weekly basis.
To achieve a body transformation you may be required to employ some unsustainable short term strategies such as cardio protocols, a higher than normal step count and what may seem like an aggressive calorie deficit.
To achieve an exceptional result, no stone can be left unturned. This would need to be your main focus and priority around health and fitness.
If you have other goals outside of aesthetics, our bespoke personal training packages would be more suitable.

This differs from our body transformation package as it focuses on long term, sustainable, lifestyle changes.

Who is this for?
Our personal training package is for people of all abilities who are looking to build positive habits, get stronger, move better and feel healthier.
Our Hybrid Personal Training package is designed for those who want to do the bulk of their training away from our private gym.
Here our primary role changes to one of providing structure, support and accountability.
Clients have the option of 1 to 4 in person sessions per month with their coach and with the other sessions carried out away from The Cut Gym, but structured by your coach.
Clients can also benefit from nutrition and lifestyle support with weekly check-ins to ensure you keep progressing towards your goal.
Who is this for?
This package is best suited to those with 1-3 years training experience and who are already confident in the gym environment, but may need help with structure and accountability
