I became interested in the gym at 16 and quickly fell in love with resistance training. I wanted to introduce others to the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle whilst going along with them on their journey.
My coach Josh Croggon, as well as Mike Israetel and Ryan Terry.
I love the process of improving myself both physically and mentally within the gym. There’s something special about learning how to push yourself to the absolute limit whilst still recovering and improving over time. I also like to dabble in physique competitions which gives me a big goal to work towards, as well as something I can compare myself to over the long term.
Don’t over complicate the process and focus on nailing the foundations of training. Learn great technique, aim to improve on your workouts over time, and when in doubt… train harder!
Love this gym! I have been training there since March 2023 and I would highly recommend. The trainers ALL make you feel so welcome from the moment you walk through the door.
