Meet Lewis

I wanted to become a PT because I wanted to help all types of people achieve their goals and make a difference to their lives; to show that looking after their health is really important. It has always been my passion and mission to help everyone I work with.

My biggest influences within strength training industry would be Chris Bumstead for his passion to get better through training. Other would be Dan Smith who is my mentor and coach. 

The reason why I train is because I want to be strong and healthy, but also I learn from it. For example I did my first holiday prep and got into a great shape, so now I process what it takes to get there and achieve it. Now I am getting ready for a photoshoot and I will learn a lot more on how it is fully done.

The most important piece of advice I would give to a new beginner client would be to stay consistent and don’t compare yourself with anyone in the gym. YOU ARE YOUR OWN PERSON and just keep focus on the goal ahead.

Getting to know them as a person and what is their WHY but also seeing a smile on a clients face when they can see they are making progress with their training and health.

Lewis dedication and expertise have been instrumental in my fitness journey. He has designed personalised plans that suit my needs, which were challenging but always rewarding. Thank you for teaching me the importante of proper form and techniques, I have become stronger and more confident in my abilities.
