Andrew’s personal goal was to look at a longer term solution to training. He had almost no muscle definition and had put on a lot of weight that made him feel uncomfortable and not like himself.
I now feel great and it’s all thanks to The Cut. If you want to be fitter, healthier and feel at your best, I would highly recommend. No matter who you are, where you start from, the trainers are supportive (not intimidating), focused on you as an individual, and set achievable, realistic and manageable goals. If you want to achieve a transformation in London, give it a go. You won’t be disappointed.
