How Paul Gained Strength and Built Muscle With Help From Our PTs

After 1 year of no training, Paul decided to take his training seriously again.

Like many young men, Paul wanted to feel better about his body and he also wanted to gain strength in specific power-lifts.

Gaining strength in the lifts was particularly easy as he was very motivated to improving previous bests. He managed to:

  • Deadlift 160kg
  • Squat 140kg
  • Bench 87.5kg

However the muscle gain phase was particularly challenging for Paul. The muscle gain phase can result in body fat increases which can effect an individuals self image, however he was partnered with Will who ensured Paul knew what to expect.

The re-comp was a success and Paul left a very satisfied client with plans to return in September.
