We’re excited to introduce Small Group Personal Training, starting this July — a powerful new way to train smarter, stay accountable, and hit your goals with the same expert guidance as our 1-2-1 PT sessions.
What it is:
✅ Goal-focused, structured training
✅ All the proven principles of our 1-2-1 Personal Training
✅ Expert-led Nutrition Coaching
✅ Real Accountability outside of sessions
✅ Small group setting: maximum 4 clients per Personal Trainer
What it’s NOT:
❌ HIIT classes
❌ Random workouts with no direction
❌ Drop-in, come-and-go style sessions
